In accordance with the Article 154, paragraph 1 and Article 148, paragraph 1, point 2 of the Law on Banks of the RS and in connection with the relevant provision of the Credit Agreement, which establishes the below-mentioned right of the client to information about the state of his/her credit debt , hereby ZiraatBank BH d.d. informs its clients, individuals as loan beneficiaries, that they have the right to contact the nearest branch of the Bank, i.e. the branch where the loan was approved and placed for them, and request and receive, free of charge, a written statement of the state of their credit debt, including data on the amount repaid principal and interest, as well as the amount of the remaining debt.
