Refinancing loans / replacement loans are intended to close one or more credit commitments at ZiraatBank or other banks.
Characteristics:
- The maximum loan amount is KM 50.000,00 and the maximum repayment period is 10 years, if the loans are not secured by a mortgage or a deposit;
- Maximum repayment period of 240 months if loans are secured by mortgage or deposit;
- Loans are disbursed on the basis of a certificate on the balance of debt;
- Cash payment up to 30% of the loan amount (max 30.000,00 KM).
