We would like to inform you that the Bank has adopted amendments to the Tariff of Services in Business with Individuals, which will be applied 15 days from the date of adoption, i.e. from 14.01.2026.
The amendments to the Tariff apply to the following groups of fees and services:
• Statements and confirmations: cancellation of the fee for preparing a statement at the client's special written request for current, giro, demand deposit and savings accounts, as well as cancellation of the fee for issuing a confirmation of a completed payment transaction.
• Currency conversions (KM/EUR and EUR/KM): correction of conversion fees for account withdrawals, cash exchange and non-cash conversions, including conversions via electronic and mobile banking.
• Internal payment transactions: correction of fees for payments via giro clearing and RTGS systems, and correction of fees for payments in favor of legal entities' accounts within the Bank (INTRA transactions).
• Foreign exchange payments and international remittances (SWIFT): correction of fees for remittances to/from abroad, remittances within the Group, remittances in foreign currencies within BiH, as well as fees for additional information/corrections, inquiries/refunds, corrections-amendments and retransfer.
• Western Union: correction of fees for additional information and order correction.
• Electronic and mobile banking: correction of fees for certain payment orders (INTRA, giro-clearing, RTGS) and remittances abroad.
• Card operations (debit and credit cards): correction of certain fees (e.g. issuance/reissuance of card and PIN, cash withdrawal fees), and introduction/definition of fees for certain additional services in card operations.
• Basic account: amendment of the Tariff with fees related to the basic account, including conditions without fees for certain transactions.
• Product and service packages: introduction of package offers for individuals, including a package for youth, a package for pensioners and other package models, with defined monthly fees and package content.
• Lending to individuals: change in the fee for maintaining a credit account.
The revised Tariff (which includes all applicable amendments and supplements) is available on the Bank's website and in all branches.
