As part of the activities of the Association of Banks of BiH aimed at strengthening financial and digital literacy among citizens, in cooperation with the Central Bank of BiH, the IFC DFS partner, and banking agencies, a “Citizen’s Handbook” has been prepared, providing explanations about electronic and digital financial services.
The handbook was created in response to the most common questions from citizens regarding modern financial services – from digital payments, card usage, and mobile banking, to transaction security, instant payments, and the process of joining the SEPA area.
