Information on Special Support Measures for ZiraatBank BH Clients

Dear Clients,

 

ZiraatBank BH d.d., in accordance with the Decision of the Banking Agency of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (No. 47/26), provides temporary support measures for individual and corporate clients whose ability to repay loans has been affected by external disruptions.

Who can apply?

Clients whose financial situation has deteriorated, or is expected to deteriorate, resulting in difficulties in meeting their loan repayment obligations due to external circumstances.

Available support measures:

  • Loan repayment moratorium (temporary suspension of repayments)
  • Grace period for principal repayment
  • Extension of the loan repayment term
  • Extension of the maturity of short-term loans and credit facilities
  • Additional financing to support liquidity
  • Other restructuring measures approved by the Bank

How to apply

Applications should be submitted at the nearest ZiraatBank BH branch, together with an explanation and supporting documentation demonstrating that the client's financial difficulties have been caused by external disruptions.

Application assessment

Each application is assessed individually by the Bank in accordance with the applicable regulations and an evaluation of the client's financial situation.
