ZiraatBank BH offers two types of internet banking for corporate clients: Corporate Halcom E-banking and SME electronic banking.
Corporate Halcom E-banking
Corporate Halcom E-banking is based on access to the application via USB or a security card. If the client also has accounts at other banks that are users of Halcom electronic banking, access to the accounts at all these banks can be made with a USB or a card.
Before using the service, it is necessary for the client to submit a request to the branch office (documentation can be found on this page) and to install the necessary application.
Corporate Halcom E-banking offers the following types of services to the client:
- Check of current account balance and turnover
- Transfer of funds to own KM and foreign currency accounts
- Transfer of funds to the accounts of corporate and retail clients within the Bank
- Transfer of funds to the accounts of corporate and retail clients in other banks in BiH
- Transfer of funds to the accounts of corporate and retail clients outside of BiH
- Payment of public revenue bills
- Exchange of funds from own foreign currency account to KM account and vice versa (exchange service)
- Check the status of electronic payment orders
- Download statements in electronic form
- Check the Bank's foreign exchange list
