The calculation of the effective interest rate includes the costs of loan processing fees, loan account management fees and the costs of reports from the CRK (refers to loans contracted in the territory of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Brčko District), the costs of purchasing a bill of exchange, , insurance policies, the cost of obtaining a land registry and other costs of constituting a mortgage.
