We are informing respectable clients that ZiraatBank BH dd Sarajevo will stay closed on Thursday 1.1.2026 and Friday 2.1.2026. for upcoming New Year’s holiday.
On Wednesday 31.12.2025 all our branches and offices will work until 12:00 o'clock.
Also, we hereby inform you of the dates of execution of payment orders on the occasion of the New Year holidays, in accordance with the Bank's Decision on non-working days and reduced working hours:
• Client orders for UPP (domestic payment transactions) to other banks, received on 31.12.2025. by 12:00 at the Bank's counters or via digital channels, will be executed on the same day.
• Client orders for UPP to other banks, received on 31.12.2025. after 12:00, will be executed on the first business day in 2026, i.e. on Monday, 05.01.2026.
• Client orders for foreign payment transactions to other banks, received on 31.12.2025. at the Bank's counters or via digital channels, will not be processed on the same day, but will be executed on 05.01.2026., regardless of the time of receipt.
• Clients' orders for payments within the Bank on 31.12.2025. will be executed on the same day if they are received:
– at the Bank's counter by 12:00,
– via digital channels in accordance with the availability of the service.
Please note that 01.01.2026. (Thursday) and 02.01.2026. (Friday) are non-working days at the Bank, and payment transactions will not be executed on these days.
