• Maximum repayment term 10 years
• FIXED nominal interest rate starting from 2.99% (EKS 4.38%)* (fixed interest rate for the entire duration of the loan)

* EKS 4.38% is calculated on the amount of 50,000.00 KM for a repayment term of 12 months with a fixed nominal interest rate of 2.99%. The calculation of the effective interest rate includes the fee for maintaining a credit account, the cost of purchasing a bill of exchange, the cost of obtaining a report from the CRK and the cost of an insurance policy.
