In order to reduce the negative economic impact to our clients caused by the worldwide COVID-19 epidemic, we have decided to apply following special mitigation measures:
- modification and
- other acceptable special measures.
The above mentioned special measures will be able to be used by individuals, small business owners and companies that have loan in our Bank and which are directly or indirectly affected by the negative economic consequences caused by the COVID-19 epidemic.
Clients who want to use special mitigation measures can submit their application in one of the following ways:
- by printing and filling out an application / statement form, which can be downloaded below and sent to your branches.
Once received, application forms will be reviewed promptly and clients will be contacted.
Our clients need to accept or reject the "Covid Notification Form" previously submitted by the competent branch by printing the "offer of acceptance" form and then submitting it to the relevant branch/office, or fill out the form via the link. (Completed forms through system should be signed by the contracting parties (debtor, guarantor, joint and severa guarantor if there is any
